Opportunities from Community Partners
Elevate Recovery Advocacy is the Washington Recovery Alliance’s signature public policy and media engagement program. It is more than a training—it is the foundation of a statewide recovery movement.
In the past two years, the WRA has trained over 500 Washingtonians who’ve been impacted by mental health and substance use challenges.
The WRA is offering a 90-minute virtual version of our Elevate training on January 25, 2023 at 1 pm. Our training will be hosted on Zoom and the meeting link will be sent in an email to all training registrants so please make sure to register.
This training offers participants a chance to build skills in telling their story to a lawmaker, review the WRA policy priorities in-depth, and provide more information on the legislative process.
The Elevate training is offered at no cost to our community.
If you have any questions or additional feedback, please email our Program and Events Manager, Tristan, at tristan@washingtonrecoveryalliance.org
